supplying “as is” (drum sanded to 80 grid and left
over size) or to any stage of manufacture (resin filled, fine
sanded and cut to size). |

Laminations
Narrow Laminations: Boards varying from 75mm to 130mm W

Joining
All Bench Tops are finger joined using two part clear resin,
they are generally left over length and width (about 100mm over
L, 5mm over W) unless otherwise stated in the quotation. |

Sanding
The Tops are again filled with a clear resin before going through
a drum sander and finishing at a thickness of 38mm-42mm (or
thinner). Finish sanded by hand with an orbital sander to 180#. |
Color
Variation
Timber may vary slightly in color, grain and natural feature
from samples provided. Our qualified joiners match colors and
grain to their ability to ensure client satisfaction. |
